Libert in an order directing entry of a judgment in favor of Rosen’s client in LG Funding, LLC v. Walker & Co. Roofing And Construction, LLC. The Court awarded the full $56,739.60 in damages sought, as well as the full $14,184.90 in legal fees requested.
